Alfa Romeo
Alfa Romeo, the renowned Italian motor manufacturer, has a rich history of participating in Formula One. Today, the brand is represented by the Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake, which is operated by Sauber Motorsport AG. Alfa Romeo has a long-standing presence in motor racing, having competed both as a constructor and engine supplier from 1950 to 1987. After a hiatus, the company returned to Formula One in 2015 as a commercial partner. In its early days, Alfa Romeo's works drivers won the first two World Drivers' Championships, with Nino Farina clinching the title in 1950 and Juan Manuel Fangio repeating the feat in 1951 with the pre-war Alfetta model. However, following these initial successes, Alfa Romeo withdrew from Formula One.
